The Bus


Interior


Livingroom This is the current living area configureation.  It has gone through three metamorphesis' to date (and there may be more to come).  Check it out for a more detailed look.

Bathroom The bathroom has a step-in Jacuzzi tub/shower and a waterless, chemical free Dry-Flush toilet.  There are four pocket door with storage inside each door.

Kitchen The kitchen is a conventional kitchen with a standard residential refrigeratoor, three burner stove with oven, double bowl sink, under cabinet coffee maker and wall and base cabinets with a lazy susan.

Workshop
The last eight feet of the bus is a work shop with a wood lathe, drill press, heat press, plotter/cutter, several speciality printers and a roll top desk.    

Heat
I have several sources of heat on board.  Electric space heaters.   Propane space heaters and in-floor radiant heat.

Paint
There was quite a bit of work transforming the former school bus into the current home/workshop on wheels

I don't like being cold, so, insulate, insulate, insulate!

This is actually my  second bus.  My first bus was a 1992 International Amtran shown below.  The things I learned building the first bus resulted in definite changes in the second bus.
